RefundRelay is building an AI-assisted service for online shoppers whose accepted returns or written refund confirmations have not resulted in money arriving. We focus on documented promises, organized evidence, and persistent follow-up.

Our first step is a 20-case pilot with human oversight and a small set of retailers. We want to measure recovered money, effort, and handling costs before making bigger claims. Recovery is not guaranteed, and any public demonstrations require permission.
